These races will start and finish in Oneida Shores County Park in Brewerton, NY. Please review the race info page for all event details.
The weather at the start of the race is typically cooler than the weather at the end of the race. The race now in June could be anywhere from low 60s to upper 70s/80s.

If the event is not sold-out online, we will take walk-up registrations during packet pick-up times on Saturday ONLY, on a first-served basis. Please note, we accept credit card, check and cash as a forms of payment.
Yes. You have: Swim – 30 minutes Bike – 2 hours Run – 60 minutes
Your Race Fee Includes: Race Bib, Shirt, Post Race Food & Refreshments, Professional timing with online results, and Finisher medal.
Yes, you may change to any of the categories.  If you are changing from individual to relay or charity slot, you will need to pay the additional cost of the race.  Should you want to down-grade, we will not be offering a refund of the price difference.
You may NOT pick-up the bib’s and chip’s of your friends and family – You must have a photo ID to pick up their packet. *waivers must be signed online before pick up.
Under no circumstances may you sell, trade or allow someone else to take your entry. Such substitutions jeopardize our insurance and our ability to secure the permits necessary to produce future events.
There will be 1 aid station along the 5K course. We will offer GU Energy drink (GU BREW) at the aid station along with water. 5K Location:
  • Aid Station 1 –near the turn around of the run portion.
Athletes must be 13 years of age on 12/31.
You may receive a refund until May 15th. After that you may defer your entry or change your entry until June 1st. After June 1st no changes can be made.

Age Group Awards We will have 12 age groups: under 17; 18 – 24; 25 – 29; 30 – 34; 35 – 39; 40 – 44; 45 – 49; 50 – 54; 55 – 59; 60 – 64; 65 – 69; 70 + You must be 13 years or older to participate in the triathlon.

Triathlon: The top three overall winners and the top three in each age group will be presented with an award.

Bike-Run: The top three overall winners will be presented with an award.

Aquabike: The top three overall winners will be presented with an award.

Relay: The top team overall winners will be presented with an award.

This event is compatible for hand cycle athletes or athletes who compete using a wheelchair or racing chair.  Please contact the event directly with any inquiries [email protected].
The Medical Tent is highly congested and spectators will not be allowed in. There will be a Medical Information Tent next to the Medical Tent where medical updates will be available on athletes who enter the Medical Tent.

The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged at this race. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, we ask for a headphone-free environment during the running of races.

Runner safety has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority for our event. Please be mindful of the other participants and respect the race personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.

Yes. New in 2018 we offer a 2 or 3 person relay option.
The timing chip will be picked up on Saturday where you get your shirts.
